We have 4-easy steps you need to do for ordering items to us:
Step 1: Fill-up order form
We will send the form to get your information that they will help to delivery your orders and make easy to reach you by our delivery team to your address provided. This is the following you need to fill-up:

When you fill-up this form make sure all the information to put this form are correctly to avoid cancellation of your order or mistake to deliver to the others customers your order.
Step 2: Receive Text Confirmation/Email Confirmation and Payment Instructions
You can receive a text/email confirmation from us. If Greelife Team receive your order through gmail, facebook and website we will give a payment instruction. You have choose the different payment method of GreenLife that will make easy for you to settle the payment wiyh us.
Step 3: Submit proof of Payment
When you settle the payment you need to picture or screenshot the deposit slip, bank transfer, and etc . You will send in greenlife.onlinepayment@gmail.com and viber(09177208345) to process your order.
Step 4: Delivery
You will need to wait a text or call from us when your orders are already shipped by our courier. We will send a picture of Airway or Tracking Number of shipment to your email, facebook or website.

We would also appreciate the payment details or a copy of the deposit slip. If it won’t be much of an inconvenience. You may also Viber and Facebook the deposit slip to +639177208345 and greenlifecocoph@gmail.com within 7 days to avoid cancellation of order.
Orders can only be processed once payment has reflected. Online and mobile fund transfers made outside
business hours of 8:30am-5:30pm will only be reflected in our account within 1-2 banking days. Interbank fund transfers will take 3-5 banking days. Also processing charges are automatically deducted. Kindly ensure that the amount of fund transfer covers the whole amount of the order including the charges.(Kindly contact your bank for actual charges before making the tranfers.)

We have different courier we offer to you when your order from us. In delivery we have Local and International couriers. This is the our local courier for the delivery of your items:
a. Courier Service (LBC, Air 21, WWWExpress and AP Cargo)
You have the right to choose the courier service but the shipping fee/charge you will pay this for the items you want to buy us. Each courier services have different shipping fee/charge if you look a low shipping fee/charge we will give you the right courier. But don’t expect that courier I gave you is a fast delivery. Some of delivery we will give you the items received within 2-3days.
b. Bus Delivery
If you want to deliver through bus you can pick-up the products in JAC Liner Terminal IN LRT Buendia or Cubao-Kamias, Quezon City. We will text/email you about information has you need that they will help you to pick-up the product in the terminal. If your items worth every 1000 pesos the delivery charges in bus delivery is 100 pesos.
c. GreenLife Delivery Vehicle
We have our vehicle that deliver every Thursday or Friday in Metro Manila, for a minimum amount of Php 10,000 we offer you free of charge delivery and a lower SRP price. If your order are minimum Php 10,000 you will charged 500 pesos. We accept delivery to our Greenlife Delivery Vehicle more than Php 5,000 if low in the Php 5,000 we will transfer to the courier service to deliver your orders.
This is the International courier for the delivery of your items:

For courier service and bus delivery, we can deliver your product after receipt of proof payment within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation to greenlife.onlinepayment@gmail.com
For Greenlife Delivery Vehicle, we deliver every Thursday and Friday or once the delivery vehicle is fully loaded you will schedule to the next delivery.
The GreenLife Coconut Products Philippines Inc. has return and replacement policy. Customers are encouraged to retain their purchase receipts, online order receipts. All decisions regarding returns are subjects to an applicable laws. The Quality Assurance Officer and the General Manager has the authority to make final decision for all returns.
a. Returns
Customers have 7 days to return the item/s from date they received it. To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition that they received it. The product must be in the
original packaging. The product/s with customer’s private label attached are not allowed to replace. Your item/s need/s to have the receipt of proof of purchase.
b. Replacement
Once we receive your item, the Quality Assurance Officer will inspect it and notify the customer that we have received the returned item/s. If the return product/s is /are approved, the Quality Assurance Officer will immediately notify the customer on the status of the replacement after inspecting the item/s.
c. Shipping
Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
